AMPLIFEST 2016: HEXVESSEL

Encompassing the celestial and the terrestrial, embracing both light and occult and belonging both to nature and magic, Hexvessel journey us into a forest where their autumnal, psychedelic folk melodies ring throughout the trees. When We Are Death, the latest album from the Finnish band fronted by Mat McNerney (also of Grave Pleasures/ Beastmilk), shows Hexvessel flirting with 60’s rock and other new influences, but still retaining the magical aura of their previous records. Hexvessel will cast their spells over Amplifest on Saturday, August 20.

Abrangendo o celeste e o terrestre, a luz e o oculto, a natureza e a magia, os Hexvessel levam-nos ao centro de uma floresta onde, por entre as árvores, soam melodias folk outonais e psicadélicas. When We Are Death, o mais recente disco do colectivo finlandês liderado por Mat McNerney (também dos Grave Pleasures/ Beastmilk) mostra os Hexvessel a abraçarem o rock sessentista e outras influências, mas mantendo intacta a aura mágica dos anteriores trabalhos. O feitiço dos Hexvessel será lançado sobre o Amplifest no dia 20 de Agosto, sábado.
