DECLINE AND FALL

Somewhat surprisingly, a new name appears joining two particularly important musicians for the Portuguese scene in the last few decades – Armando Teixeira, Bizarra Locomotiva founding member and part of acts as diverse as Da Weasel or his own Bulllet, Balla or Knok Knok; and Hugo Santos, Process Of Guilt’s imposing frontman, who have already gone by the two decade mark, who have taken their doom/sludge/industrial to great heights, including internationally. Completing this intriguing bunch that fits more or less in the darkwave universe is journalist/writer Ricardo S. Amorim, handling lyrics for the project that will signal their inception with an EP called Gloom. The first show, unavoidably, is set precisely for Amplifest.
