Urfaust won’t play Amplifest 2015

Sometimes, there are also bad news at Amplifest. In 2013, Pharmakon’s Margaret Chardiet was rushed into surgery and couldn’t play as was planned, but she made up for it with an incredible show the following year. In 2014, due to family reasons, only Jimmy from Urfaust could spend the weekend with us, and we promised, after that unforeseen cancellation, that Urfaust would play Amplifest in 2015. Unfortunately, even though Jimmy said Amplifest was “truly Magickal” and “Amplifest was such a rewarding and warming experience, one of the coolest festivals I have played”, Urfaust, one of our favorite bands, won’t be making it again this year. Here’s the explanation:

With a heavy heart I’m writing on behalf of Urfaust that we are not able to make it to Amplifest 2015: It was something we where really looking forward to, since our sudden cancelation at last years Amplifest due to Family related issues. We hope we can Praise Intoxication on the 2016 edition of Amplifest, but for now, the Gods of Possession & Madness are not in our favor: Let’s make the stars shine brighter next year, because we want to share our Ritual with you all! Hail Lucifer.

Infelizmente, apesar dele próprio mencionar o Amplifest como “truly Magickal!” ou “Amplifest was such a rewarding and warming experience, one of the coolest festivals I have played”, uma das nossas bandas preferidas não marcará presença novamente. A explicação da banda está em cima.
