David V. D’Andrea não é apenas um designer, não é apenas um comunicador, nem tampouco se pode delimitar no que quer que se compreenda como arte. A função é, e sempre será, um meio para a expressão do artista norte-americano, que consegue construir no sagrado, a profanidade e secularidade da humanidade – algo que o casou tão bem com pares musicais como Al Cisneros e os seus OM e Sleep, com Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Earth e Agalloch, e nomes como Lars Von Trier. Depois do Mainfloor do Hard Club no Amplifest 2013, a loja de discos Louie Louie vai ser a casa perfeita para o negro vestido de cor de D’Andrea.

D’Andrea in a nutshell, a renowned artist whose portfolio speaks for itself, not only through its hauntingly beautiful imagery but through all the artist he’s been working with. The north-american designer is an artists artist, collaborating with OM, Wovenhand, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Earth and even the film director Lars Von Trier. After the Amplifest 2013 exhibition last year at Hard Club’s mainfloor, it’s time for a two months exhibition at our favourite record store Louie Louie.
