The rise of LLNN took less than a decade, until they reach the leader kind of status they have in the scene today. Like a black hole expanding and devouring galaxies whole along the way, the apocalyptic weight of their music gains more fans at each release – if the word “darling” wasn’t a bit too cute for the sonic explosion these Danish guys make, we would even use it here to illustrate how the alternative/extreme scene feels about them right now. Yeah, we know there’s no sound in space, contrary to what all sci-fi movies have been showing us our whole lives, but in our imagination, the soundtrack to those cosmic battles that blow up the entire universe is pretty much LLNN’s Unmaker. At least until the next one comes out...
