I remember the first time we met Andre in 2008. He was promoting a show for us at a small venue in Porto together with the guys from the SWR Fest. The venue was packed. Andre was friendly, passionate, enthusiastic and carefully arranged and he gave us everything we needed. The more it was a pleasure to see how he and his team built up the mighty Amplifest step by step. This showed me one more time how things can grow if you work hard and never lose passion for the things you love the most. Six years after our appearance and after we played Amplifest last year in Porto it makes me happy to see that Amplificasom still carries the same passion and the self-confidence to put that spirit into the shows they promote again and again. We have to be thankful for the gift Andre and his friends are giving to the people. The Amplifest is one of the greatest festivals we ever played, if not the greatest.
